Brian ‘Tiger’ Payne R.I.P

We regret to inform you that Brian ‘Tiger’ Payne died on 31st December at 6-00pm at home. He had been suffering from cancer for some time.

Brian was one the Club’s founder members and as such was one of our six Honorary life members.
He was a much loved and respected active club member.
Only last September Tiger led a Club trail ride round the Yorkshire Dales and the following weekend rode his Tiger 80 to a first class award in the Beamish Trophy Trial. He rode his Honda TL125 round at the Club’s trial at Roggerham Gate on the 5th November.

Always one to stop for a friendly chat with a big smile, he will be sorely missed.
Our thoughts go out to his family at this sad time.

The funeral service will be held at Burnley Crematorium, Accrington Rd, Burnley BB11 5QD at 1-40pm on Wednesday the 17th January.

All donations received will be in aid of the Pendleside Hospice, Burnley.

We do not yet have details of the after funeral reception.
